yes. Yogurt is made from milk. Milk comes from a cow. If it comes from a cow and isn't meat, its dairy. It contains a special culture of bacteria that flavor it and trade name it thick. When you be paid yogurt, it must be kept at about 90 degree F and have a touch bit of live yogurt added to it to start out the culture of bacteria. Fruit flavored yogurt does not own enough fruit to be within the fruit group. It is a good source of calcium and other nutrients found within milk.

Yogurt is a unnatural dairy, but is a dairy product nevertheless. If you're lactose intolerant, you can handle it since it's essentially somewhat digested milk. Soy yogurt would be an exception.
