What Meat have the lowest protein - Chicken - Fish or Beef?

Thanks to the high protein diets... my kidneys are spewing 3x the amount of protein. My Dr. advise me to go on a "faceless" diet. If it have a face, munch through only 1 serving a hours of daylight. Does anyone know which meat/fish/poultry is the lowest?

They are adjectives high protein sources. Theoretically beef would be the lowest because it is the most fatty. Chicken would be second because of the plump in the skin. Fish is the most protein containing of the three.
If your doctor does not want you to munch through much protein, then look to the fruits, veggies and carbs.

If you are looking to eat low protein meat, eat what you similar to, but less of it. They are adjectives about alike.

High protein diets can't be altered to have smaller amount protein. What you need is a impartial diet.protein, carbs, and fat.

The problem isn't ingestion meat.it is the stupid (no offense to you personally) DIET.

Proteinuria isn't alway just from intake a lot of meat, but I hope your doctor told you that too. Otherwise I would be looking for another doc.

It have to do with the day after day intake of protein. Our liver is not able to process more than 80 grams of protein at a time. Regardless of whether it is fish or chicken or beef. You requirement to start measuring your on a daily basis intakes.
