Iv only have balsamic viniger a pizza express and loved it, i wanted to buy some and i found pizza express engineer in the supermarket. The trouble is it taste nothing similar to the one i liked ? could anyone recommend a apposite one, nice and sweet please.x

Reducing Balsamic vinegar sweetens it. Put some in a small container and boil until reduced by half or until close to a syrup. Its very pious this way. You can use it as a finish for grilled salmon or chicken use your imagination. Try It... you'll like it...
If you want sweet vinegar, it desires to be aged. It can get moderately expensive.
You can also buy some regular stuff and boil it until it get gummy. That's a bit sweeter--but I warn you, the fumes are AWFUL!

Are you looking for balsamic vinegar or balsamic vinaigrette? If you want vinegar, try and find someone near a Costco membership and ask them to pick up a bottle of Kirkland balsamic. It's inexpensive and unbelievably good.
As for vinaigrettes, Newman's Own make a nice one that's sold at most any grocery. I think Organicville make a good one, but it's much harder to find.
