i've been drinking mostly cereal the past couple of days.

do you think is bleak for me? especially if i basically a short time ago eat resembling mostly grains, & fruits everyday. will i gain freight from the carbs?

Yes depending on how much your eating, excess carbs will receive converted to fat. That's not to enunciate the protein your diet is lacking. Visit a nutrionist.
