Please, please, please spare me the lectures. I am not pursuing the anorexic lifestyle (I have blood sugar issues plus procure cranky as hell when I don't eat), I just call for sample suppertime plans for an assignment that I'm working on. And please know that I will not lecture you if you share this information near me--we all know that this is not the recommended amount of calories to consume within a day--I just want my answers to be as accurate as possible.

for my 600 days, it usually consists of veggies, fruits, and proteins. no fat, really. that defies the purpose.
anyways, my 600 daytime usually looks like:
eggs, unbroken wheat bread, yogurt, tossed salad with 1T parmesan, a nectarine or two, grapefruit, tea, marine, maybe a Subway Veggie Delite Sub, veggie pasty, vegetarian beans, mushrooms, salsa w/ baked corn chips...
it seem like much, huh? usually lately from 400 cals i'm pretty full. 600 days and 800 days are hard.
but yes, protein is exalted on 600s and 800s, because i workout more. some people close to to consume liquid cals on 600s and 800s because food is too nourishing.
well, I am currently on a diet and replace one suppertime (dinner) with a shake. In the shake I include the following:
1. Blueberries (filled next to antioxidants)
2. Strawberries
3. Banana ( fill you up)
4. SKIM MILK ( help you digest)
5. Teaspoon of Honey
6. Grapefruit ( a great source of FAT BURNER)
Just make satisfactory for one cup and I guarantee you would be satisfied and hopefully start shedding bad those unwanted pounds! I wish you luck! :)

Try SpecialK with a fresh fruit and low podginess milk.
