I stick beside the Rockstar. It's actually get a neat little stabilizer in it that cleans your liver. Pretty apposite thing too beside how much alcohol I drink. It's got a pretty clothed kick to it, but the fancy kinda sucks. If you want something like it but better taste get the Rockstar Juiced.
A side data, the one I really hate is Spyke. I've have just roughly speaking everyone of them on the market, but Spyke be horrible. Tasted bad, give no energy, purely screwed up my heart rythm for about a partly hour.
Most energy drinks are hugely unhealthy. Getting a fix from caffine and sugar doesn't require a $3-$5 drink. You can own a single Coke for $1.50 and get alike thing. Energy drinks are mostly hype. The one I would recommend if you must however is Gatorade. It's proven to provide force and reduce dehydration; that's why so plentiful atheletes use it. Other drinks are a waste of money surrounded by my opinion. It's marketing on hype and trend. Once everyone saw Red Bull own success, they adjectives jumped the nouns wagon within a (very successful attempt) to tap into your wallet. Be a prudent consumer and stay with the core less expensive manner.
My top three, in decree, are Monster(normal), Monster(Assault), and Rockstar.
Monster has the best overall tang, and Assault is just a fruity edition of it. Rockstar though, decent boost, and a novel taste.
