I cook alot and have found the best is stainless beside a copper bottom. I am sorry I can't give you a brand baptize as mine is worn off. The object I like this vessel set is because they are light mass , they heat evenly and are thoroughly easy to verbs if you just soak them!
i don't cook that much. But I own used a clay pot before. It's nice and doesn't require profoundly of maintainance.
my Hamilton Beach Skillet. it's been wonderful cooking hotdogs, and pancakes. i can even cook fish on it.
