I made a chocolate cake next to white chocolate. Then I took it to a potluck. I stood in flash for some cake. They said, "Do you want white cake or chocolate cake?" I said, "Yes".
I think you should walk run around the block a few times. It is good for you and it will abet get out some of that spirit.
