Should I pilfer a multi-vitamin if I'm drinking a complex diet?

I'm taking a powerful multivitamin for weight training and my running program. But i'm also making sure I chomp through a complex, proper diet. I noticed I'm getting closely of vitamin D with my skim milk powders, (60% each day value) and 80% daily effectiveness with my multivitamin..

Which lead me to my question - should I be taking the multivitamin if I'm ingestion properly? Maybe I could cut it in partially and only obtain about partly as much?

Answer:
i would keep taking it. the recommended amts. are not for those in training, they are for average body lower than normal conditions. your body should shed any excess.
You may not need one but I do not imagine it will hurt you
You probably do not involve it at all.
If you are a serious bodybuilder you might not be getting all the minerals and vitamins your body requirements, so you must take a multivitamin specially made for bodybuilders : Universal Animal Pak .
