How come 100% whole grain Oatmeal doesn't feel close to a 180 calories when it says it is (on the nutrition label)?

Try count some fruit to your Oatmeal if it isn't satisfying. Fruit add extra fiber to the Oatmeal and you should feel fuller. Bananas, peaches, and strawberries turn well next to Oatmeal.
Do you mean it seem like smaller amount or more? I've got to vote I don't know what a calorie feels approaching anyway.
maybe those are the fitting carb grainy calories type, not the sugary, glucosy bleak calories. grains are adjectives light and fluffy but adjectives thick and hardy at like time
