I have to try to stop ingestion all sugar, similar to candy, chocolate, soda, ect...! I can only munch through it on occasions, but I other get tempt. Does anybody know of GOOD foods, that doesn't have a great deal of sugar, that I can eat? And how can I not obtain tempted

I am staying away from the artificial sweetners because of the robustness hazards associated next to them.
