I've always hear that shrimp are high within cholesterol, although I have ALSO hear that it's the "good" kind of cholesterol. They're apparently polite sources of protein, and there are plenty of essential minerals, too. So, it would appear that shrimp are honestly nutritious.
It may or may not be...
Shrimps are low contained by calories and fat (a quarter pound just has 120 calories and 2g of fat). The sodium amount is modest (7% of your on a daily basis recommended intake). The cholesterol level is indeed pretty glorious (173mg or 58% of daily). The main concern mortal the cholesterol ... it depends how your body handles ingested cholesterol, and not everybody's like peas in a pod. Folks that have illustrious LDL cholesterols and/or low HDL cholesterols should probably watch the amount consumed (and should also be seeing their physician regularly). If you own a good cholesterol profile, it's probably protected to splurge now and afterwards, however, (like everything else in life) moderation is probably the best policy.
If you are eating them and enjoy them they are probably not good for you.Anything that taste good should be chewed up and consequently spit out(HaHa) i really do not know if they are good for you.But they sure are moral tasting..Thank for 2.
