this morning i had a brunch that consisted of: 1 peice of chicken, green beans, potatoes, pasta salad, & mixed fruit. [all small portions of course]; and after for the rest of the day i have: whole wheat bagel w/ lite creme cheese, an ginger, an apple, a bag of kettle corn, some french vanilla coffee, lots of peanut butter, and pringles. i've be having a HUGE appetite lately, and i don't even know why? Anyways, is this really ALOT of food to put away? I usually try to watch what i guzzle, and i exercise. Do you think this will effect me?

That doesn't nouns like much at adjectives. It sounds like not adequate, in reality. You should have something similar to your brunch for dinner.

No I don't conjecture it will effect you. You were a short time ago really hungry today. You were apposite with the full wheat bagel w/ lite creme cheese. Just work out extra long and you will be fine.
As women we shift through different stages...a lot of it is related to our hormones and what's arranged in our bodies...allow yourself to jump through those changes...merely don't let yourself walk and make sure you burn it rotten on a regular basis.

If you put away this way every morning I think it could be a problem-the protein you chose be relatively high excess weight and maybe not satisfactory ( I don't know what is "lots" of PB to you). More whole grain and lean protein instead of sugar and fat ( the fruit-sugar, the popcorn-fat & sugar, the chips-fat and sugar, the PB-fat and sugar) will crowd you up and stick with you longer.
I think you could put away alot more.
