I was thinking of adding together them to my diet as a snack, since they are filling and apt, but I don't want to be eating resembling alot of calories. Thanks

It should have that type of information on the collection.
There are only more or less 80 calories per ounce of jerky, so its probably not that much.

Hello Hilary,
From what I know they are adjectives different in calories. (So copious different makes, even home made so specifically almost impossible to know the calories except a certain brand.

Those are helpful of fatty, but they don't have any carbs. If you're on a low-carb diet resembling Atkins you're actually supposed to embrace fatty foods. So it's not unpromising, but it does have a great deal of fat and protein contained by it. I think the lots of jerky are abundantly leaner. They're mostly all protein. All of them own a lot of saline though, and sodium-nitrate (a preservative found commonly in lunchmeats and bacon.) I wouldn't verbs too much about it. Even if you start consumption them, you'll eventually get tired of them.
