That's my favorite fish. I also like red roughy. Sea bass is good too. These are milder flavored fish. I do not similar to salmon and tuna because of the stronger taste. Also, frequent larger fish have superior levels of mercury.

My actual favorite is flounder. I also like red roughy, red snapper and tilapia--pretty much any mild, white fish is good surrounded by my book. :) I don't like the overly fishy taste fish--bluefish, salmon, tuna, etc.
