Where in florida can you get through alligator and how much does it cost? is it unhealthy and how does it aroma?
Answers:
I don't know about Florida, sorry, but surrounded by Kenya (East Africa) there is a place call "Carnivores" where you can grasp crocodile meat. They also serve other game meat approaching wild pig, gnu, antelope, etc. These are animals that enjoy been properly culled.
The meat is roasted in accessible pits using wood as fuel. When ready, the chefs bring the meat (still skewered on the spits) from table to table, adjectives off as much as you want straight on to your plate.
Cost is not agreed because this place caters mostly to tour groups and the cost is included in the tour price. Vegetarians are offered a non-meat dinner.
Unhealthy or not, it is a once-in-a-lifetime experience not to be missed!
As for the appetite it was similar to sweet chicken meat. The Malays have a one and only word for this. It is "lemak". I believe we were served meat from the tail screened-off area of the crocodile.
