if you hang on to them in a lemon liquid water mixture they won't turn brown. gotta hold them out of the air.
Sprinkle them with a bit bit of lemon juice up to that time sealing the purse.
you can also use red juice or any other sour juice. They also produce a powder you can sprinkle on.
or look within the snack aisle for apple chips. they're really good and hold the nutrition of a whole apple. I love them. I found them near the granola bars.
