Addicted to brackish and sugar on my food is this unpromising?

Is it an addiction or is your body trying to relay you there is something wrong. Wouldn't hurt to see the Doc.

Got this straight from my doctor: Salt isn't a problem unless you have elevated blood pressure (and I do, so I'm out of luck), but too much sugar leads to adjectives kinds of problems approaching tooth decay, solidity gain, and adult-onset diabetes. Try to cut back on the sugar -- first, get most of your sugar from fresh fruit or canned/frozen fruit that have no sugar added and is packed surrounded by juice or marine, NOT syrup -- syrup has sugar.
If you be to follow todays health guidelines, you would not be capable of use most products. As with adjectives else, salt and sugar taken surrounded by moderation. is definitely non vicious.

SALT :- Recomended daily allowence is 6g Womman and 6g for men.

In massive amounts it can damage your liver (your blood fillter) and your arteries by harding them, this cause and increase in blood preasure which can stress your heart!

I love putting saline on food as well but in that is a solution there are different types of brackish!

NaCl is usual table salt where on earth as Other salts such as potassium (k) and Calcium (Ca) salt are better for you. If you like brackish and want to Add more then A brand call LoSalt is what you should use. Other salts such as ocean salt hold a better proportions of all the salt mentioned above!

NO!! not too much though... anything within excess is bad, you know that.
simple answer - yes. too much of both is fruitless for u. but in moderation its ok
