I asked my doctor and he gave me a dumb, non-informative answer...any1 interest this from experience?

If you don't achieve enough fruits and veggies w/natural enzymes & vitamins, you're organs will not hold the ability to break down completely well what you're drinking instead. If you tax your liver satisfactory w/fat, you develop fatty liver disease & diabetes, which are both fatal btw. If your body is tax w/toxins, you'll see acne & boils & poor healing ability. Your pores will grow bigger & your skin will lose its elasticity.
As for your dr's response... dr's aren't schooled contained by nutrition, nutritionists are. dr's are taught to examine, run test & prescribe medicines. It's private for them to offer any warning outside of their medical training. So, you're better off asking a dermatologist give or take a few skin, dieticians about diet, & so on...

Depending on what you eat, conceivably. Acne is really clogged up poers, so as long as you take showers regualerly and don't touch your facade too often, you shoulnd't enjoy to much trouble. Some people right to be heard sugar and sweets cause acne, but I don't really believe that.
yes immediatly after i put away popcorn or bacon my skin gets greasy. when i drink a lot of sugar i acquire pimples.
Yes it can. I know eating fatty foods and dairy will affect you and rouse acne to occur. I would strongly suggest trying sites similar to wikipedia and just broad searching surrounded by your favorite search engine on diet and acne.
