Humans are animals.
Humans are animal, at lowest possible in the sense of have animal proteins. Besides I've never heard of a cannibal who didn't relish a nice juicy steak on instance.
Humans are mammals, a cannibal is someone who eats humans, and mammals are meat, not veggie or fruits, lol.
Vegetarians consume just vegetable matter. As humans are not vegetables, cannibals are not lacto-vegetarian.

cannibals dont get through vegetables, they eat meat of any flesh. cannibals are classified as carnivorous while those who eats vegetables are herbevorous.
Only if a venus fly trap eat one of it's buddy.
