3 meal a daytime and no starvation?

Look everyone, this is wat i've been doin, and today is my 4th year. I try to sleep alot,i try to at least rouse up at 11. i eat Breakfast: 1 cup of skim milk with one fruit. afterwards at 2 or 3 i eat resembling a mango and an apple which an apples fills u up and its really apposite, then. since am already full, its easier for me to loaf 4 hours and eat at 6 which is the finishing meal dinner: a small salad near a lil but of salt n vinegar near eggwhites w onions(i love onions). or just tuna (the one surrounded by water) and then, this is the tough part at dark. but for dat i been takin some pills call xadrine dat it doesnt make me hungry at adjectives, which has be workin for me really great. and it really works. This is kinda like a detox diet...but its graceful to do with those family..and sleeping alot, so i wont be hungry during the day.economically i guess this for some of us who are stuck at home durin the summer...or if u work u can just get through a fruit every 3 hours. AND NO IS NOOOOT STARVING.

But why are you doing all this? Are you trying to lose counterbalance? If that's your goal, how are you going to manipulate it when you stop taking pills and sleeping 12 hours a day?
There's nought in within about exercise, and that's a really defining item if you are trying to lose weight or if you are trying to stay wholesome.
You'd be better off to gain on a more reasonable diet, supply some exercise, scrap the pills and live a more usual life.

I adviced you better stop!! if you work, you better eat something resembling bread or rice in small servings if you want to slim down.According to what you described, it seem like you are intake lots of fruits.If you eat too much fruits you will enjoy side effects too!Coz you are taking too much of a certain kinda vitamin and it will explanation you to be suffering from other dieases!If you wanna slim down,try this instead: eat similar to a king in for breakfast,(meaning extremely nutritious one)
eat approaching a queen for lunch(you can eat more food which contained fats)eat close to a beggar for dinner.(Coz this is the time you are going to bed )In the afternoon is the time when calories really burn a lot.It's true.Tht's how body functions!
