steam the broccoli and use red wine vinegar, it should be apposite. I personally haven't tried it beside broccoli but I eat it next to green beans.
ably i am not to fond of it with simply broccoli but you should definitely try vinegar near this hybrid vegetable that they have very soon called broccoflower it is exactly what it sounds resembling broccoli breed with cauliflower.
