How to slow down your metabolism?

I am trying to gain weight. I munch through 3 times a day, profoundly of protein, drink protein shakes and shakes with lots of calories. I am wondering if nearby is any other way I can put on a few pounds.

Eat alot of lofty fat foods. Take a few trips to McDonald's a week and grasp their fries. Don't over eat to the point where on earth you dont feel righteous so go beside their fattening fries because they wont make you grain as stuffed as a Big Mac would. Also, eat lots of sweets. Chocolate, Ice Cream, get yourself some brownies. Jeez I wish I be you & trying to put on a few pounds.
