Please, i need some planning
I am a student living in catered hall, which does not serve lunch. I don't have the money to buy a sandwich every daylight. Previously I have brought cereal, but I enjoy the problem that if i have food within my room i eat the food, so a 750g cereal box can be gone contained by 3 days!!
Is there anyone that can reason of a healthy and cheap food stuff which i can buy within small portions!

Bumble Bee Nonfat Tuna Salad packs. They're give or take a few $2 each, and 140 calories overall. Inside there's a can of tuna salad and for a moment package of whole-wheat crackers. Delicious.

Fruit. Buy a piece at a time or a few.
Bananas are satisfying and nutritious.
Soups are good and if you shop around at hand are loads of varieties. You can also make the addition of things like rice and bread for cheap satisfying meals. In certainty...there isn't much that can't be added to soup...a bit of fresh veg...?
Do you enjoy access to a microwave?
Tuna with some light/free mayo, and use mustard and relish to cut down on the amount of mayo you use. a touch s/p = delish!

sandwich wraps made with together wheat tortillas
boiled eggs
yogurt
granola bars
fruit
pasta salad
Subway make a killer veggie and cheese sub that is to say pretty cheap, too! I used to live off 'em!
