There are no more calories in flavored coffee beans than here are in regular coffee beans.
in that are about 5 calories per 12 ounces of black coffee (more if you make the addition of cream, sugar...etc.), regardless of whether it comes from regualar grounds or flavored grounds.

For a brewed beverage, it's probably negligible - even pure sugar solitary has ten calories a teaspoon. It's margarine that is elevated calorie, and that's not in coffee unless you tag on cream.
