Okay, so I'm on probation and I need to pee contained by a cup..I have gone contained by the past two mornings contained by a row but I just can't pee. The first time I couldn't pee so they agree to me go across the street to buy some pop from Shell, and I drank the full thing so I could pee, but later the pee was diluted. The second time I didn't drink much because I didn't want it to be diluted/rejected but I basically couldn't pee. I think module of it was that I didn't enjoy to, and the other part be that I was too anxious beside someone watching me. I am completely clean, but I of late can't pee with someone watching me! Anyway, does anyone own suggestions for what I can drink/eat so that I will have to pee but not to the point that my pee is diluted/suggestions on what to do so that I can pee surrounded by front of someone?? Thanks.

SINCE YOU TAKE YOUR DRUG TEST IN THE MORNING, DON'T PEE TILL YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE TEST. THAT WAY YOU WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO GO.
get through watermelon, or drink tea...it always make me have to pee!
drink water (or drink closely of water the dark before afterwards pee first thing into the cup contained by the morning). and ask if you can stand with your vertebrae to them... then you won't see them see you
When you go to urinate, turn the faucet on and you will urinate
