It depends of the purpose you obligation each for. Gatorade is honest if you are dehydrated. The gatorade hose down is NOT good. Do not bring back that. Gatorade has glorious pottasium and is a little well again for you than water. Except the certainty of the sugars. Water is good too, but Gatorade help you stay active and not gain dehydrated. I would articulate Gatorade is better than water... If you involve it. If you don't go next to water. Water will minister to in dehydration, but not as powerfully and swift. So there's your anawer.

Gatorade help with hypoglycemia, or low blood sugar. It keep you hydrated better than water within that situation, and also restores vital sugars to your blood.

if you're doing a illustrious intensity workout, outside in the roast, or anything else that really wears you out, i'd walk with the gatorade. if you're lately thirsty, i'd stick with hose down.
To help replace lost electrolytes the best answer is to drink diluted Gatorade. Where it is partly water and partly Gatorade. Full Gatorade has too much brackish and sugar and will over-replace your electrolytes without getting you the H2O you requirement, and water have no electrolytes.
