I'm, not a ten but I can speak about you my cousin is she is addicted to caffeine, the reason we know is grounds she would get this cranky moods and director aches when she wake up and she doesn't have her coffee resembling in the first 2 hrs.
Im 17 and i own to drink a cup of coffee before college so im awake in class, and i other get an joie de vivre drink before work, but if i dont own to wake up or work up i stay away from caffine
I am 19, and i Starbucks! while i acquire a grande Carm. Frap w/extra caramel almost every time i pass a starbucks, i don't discern that i am addicted. i have given up coffee for lent times past two years, and while it was tricky, it wasn't impossible. i noticed that i be tired a little bit more, but it wasn't satisfactory where i feel i need to enjoy a red bull to compensate for my lack of coffee/caffeine intake. i also just drink coffee out. i don't really like home brewed coffee. and i individual like blended drinks. its more for the flavors of the other things surrounded by the drink besides the coffee. hope this helped...
