It depends on the roast. The darker the roast the smaller number the caffeine. For the common coffee drinker Starbucks would probably be better next what you would find at most grocery stores..but if you have the opportunity travel to a specialty coffee shop and see what they suggest. You can take an OK bean from a specialty store and it will better consequently the best bean you will find at a Starbucks.
