Green tea has lately been shown to hold no benefits. I do not like it sweet or unsweet. I watered my houseplants next to what I had disappeared.
I would not drink sweetened green tea. Neither in the first, nor surrounded by the second place. Except if I am very intensely hungry and nothing more than green tea. Because tanins irritate the stomach, but with the sole purpose stomach itself may be digested then.
Any tea can be sweetened. It is best served next to ice.

Yes, I LOVE hot green tea, I always put two tablespoons of honey contained by it never sugar.
I prefer to experience the full flavor of the tea, so I opt out. However, if you prefer a little sweetening, afterwards make sure it is SUGAR. Artificial sweeteners alter the tea's tang.
P.S. Honey may also, depending on whether has clover or other ingredients.
