As the product just come out into the market a few weeks ago, I don't deem the 2 liter bottles will be out right now. Give it a few more weeks to agree to the product test itself out and see if Coke releases it, which most potential they will.
No not yet...I enjoy only see it in the 20 oz bottles too and at approaching mini marts..haven't seen it surrounded by the grocery store yet. Maybe its still a examination market.. Seems silly that you enjoy to drink a coke now a days to take vitamins.. I don't think its gonna second.
