I have tried it and it seem just approaching reg old soda to me i dont gain energized by it at all but i thought it be just me so does it see you?

It's not a real heartiness drink. The best it can do for you it replenish some electrolytes (like Powerade), which won't boost your energy, but will I don`t know give you some extra stamina if you're rigorously training. Also, I believe it have caffeine, which most clear sodas do not have. Mountain Dew is not a clear soda.

I tried it once and will never have it again. It have so much caffeine and sugar. I got really hyper for an hour or so, next it made me feel nauseated, and when the sugar wore past its sell-by date, I crashed.
