Who is the blonde girl next to eyeglasses from the starbucks frappuccino commercial?

I think this be the first bottled frappuccino commercial. There was this blonde girl beside glasses that constantly thought of this guy. All the guys surrounded by the commercial that she past by reminded her of him and so they morphed into him. The music of the commercial have a crooning style, something like Harry Connick Jr, or Frank Sinatra. If anyone know who this lady is please transmit me.
