yeah, we rarely drink soft drinks unless we r have McDonald's, kfc or burger kings meal combo. we single have sea with our meal almost always. i don't donate my kids any soft drinks, don't want to start them young on weakness it. =)

I am glad that you brought this up. I work as a nutritional advisor in my local strength food store. We discuss health and nutrition near people who come within. I agree with Pinelake who brings up the aspartame topic. It is a remarkably harmful substance. Look for products that contain Stevia rather. It is a natural plant base sweetener with no affect on your insulin level. People with diabetes or on low carb diets can pilfer Stevia with no problems. Cheers.
