white tea is from the tips of the plant and is the earliest tea.
green tea is from the 2nd cutting .
hope this help.
well white tea have more antioxidants than green tea. The reason is that white tea leaves are 'younger' than the green tea leaves, and sometimes buds are used as ably. In other words they are harvested sooner than green tea leaves.
Green tea is from the unfermented open leaves of the tea plant (the youngest leaves make the best standard teas, the older leaves are the commercial grades). White tea is from the unfurl leaves or buds taken from the tips of the branches tea plant. White tea is reputed to have more anti-oxidants and better medicinal intrinsic worth than green tea.

the difference in the fondness is also very different than the actual leaves. Green tea have a "woodsy" flavor to it, and white tea has a subtle sweet aroma, in my judgment. white teas are usually flavored with hints of any fruit flavor. There is also a difference surrounded by the antioxidant and EGCG contents of both teas. Im not sure off foot what it is, but I believe that white tea is higher surrounded by both. good luck
