we need information just about the measuring tools and the methods used for determing the persentage of hose in milk and its products. thankes alot

Whole milk is of late that 'milk' and the amount of water that cow produces near the milk is determined by formula (I don't have). The amount of water surrounded by milk products (cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, etc) is also a chemical formula (I don't have that either) Hopefully someone will or contact your local university food department, they might hold the information you need.
