Can anyone tell me where on earth I can buy the Universal Beverage Base that Starbucks uses? I found only the Matcha Green Tea Powder and Melon Syrup on Ebay but can not find the UBB anywhere. If not, can anyone recommend how to manufacture it? I have hear that you could use melted vanilla rime cream or the following recipe:
1/2 cup whole milk
1 tsb vanilla
1 tbsp milk powder

In 2006, Starbuck replaced the UBB mix with CBB (Creme Beverage Base). This altered copy is made by combining one part skim milk next to one part CBB Powdered Mix (normally containing sugar, flavorings, thickeners and other minor proprietary ingredients). I own checked and you cannot buy the mix retail. Sorry.
