Nothing. After hearing the radio show "Dead Doctors Don't Lie" every single time on the way home from conservatory, the Doctor finally got to me re. the soda.
He say the Calcium Carbonate (that makes it fizzy) in actuality leeches the Calcium from your bones, and while it is still in your system, also prevents the digestion of any Calcium you consume.
It was finally ample to make me stop the occasional soda, but Merry Christmas & Happy New Year anyway!
