Answers:
Tea is ok in small amounts. However, surrounded by comparison to soda it is better to drink. The problem with drinking too much tea is that the tannin within the tea keeps you from absorbing iron properly. It is a big problem for women to occupy iron already, and the tea makes it harder. Try switching to green tea. I similar to to add rather honey to my green tea. It's better for you and helps you digest food faster.
Make it 2-3 cups a sunshine perhaps...
Tricky, however drinking tea is also a culture, I don't deliberate it's too much.

How much will harm you beside caffeine?
I'd worry smaller quantity about the CAFFEINE, and more just about how your TEETH are turning brown.
I used to drink Iced tea in an insulated mug...it started out WHITE on the inside...I stopped drinking it when the mug's inside turned an icky pallid color!
I do not think that is to say too much, I usually have approaching 4 or 5 cups of coffee a day.
I contemplate that it is too much tea. I normally drink 2 cups a morning, three if I'm wiped out. I'm curious just about the color of your teeth? Mine are stained from all the tea I've have over a 20 year period. You might want to cut it down to no more than three a sunshine!
