All soda (pop) is bad for you. It make your body acidic. It take about 30 goggles of water to counter the bitter effects of 1 can of soda.

If you one and only drink it every now and next it's ok, but if you drink it in excess it can be discouraging for you.

Yes it is actually

tried Coke Zero but?

- tastes better

Anything is too fruitless in excess, no mater what it is. If you drink gallons of it every morning, then yes, it will be desperate for you. But one or two cans per sunshine isn't going to hurt.

Yes.its filled next to chemicals to make it piece good in need sugar. It also is the worst tasting drink ever!

I hear that the sugar in it is impossible for you.

Everything can be bad for you. But moderation is the knob. Two or three diet cokes a day isn't going to hurt you, but when you start drinking nought but diet coke, you could run into some nutritional problems. But it's generally fine.

Well one the one foot there are no calories really contained by it, no sugar to rot your teeth so pretty good start however I enjoy heard that the fizz and acerbic if drunk in huge quantity can cause heart burn and IBS.

There have been seriously of negative medium coverage about artificial sweeteners. As near anything artificial, I'm sure too much can be harmful.

In moderation it's okay, but anything surrounded by excess isn't good.

Diet coke contains Aspatame an artificial sweetner..check the robustness issues on the net by putting "Aspatame" within a browser. You will be mortified.....so YES, diet coke or diet soda in nonspecific should carry a vigour warning!

too much of anything is unpromising for you..not if you drink it occasionally..

The sodium in it dosen't help out

Yes. Aspartame or sucralose are very desperate for you. Plain old sugar is better. But afterwards the regular soda has High Fructose corn syrup, also tremendously bad. You of late can't win. That's why it is best to just drink it occasionally and hold up good dated fashioned water instead. You'll be amazed how it grows on you. Drink it cold next to lemon for starters, you'll get hooked I swear it.
My 14 year hoary son recently give up soda and started drinking LOTS of water, and guess what? His acne cleared up by at lowest possible 90%. WooHoo, is he happy.!!!

Diet Coke, Diet Pepsi, and tons other diet drinks contain a chemical called aspartame, which is used as an artificial sweetener. There is some evidence that aspartame kill nerve and brain cell, or inhibits their function by suppressing neurotransmitters. As far as I know, this is only suspected at present, not proved. But for some cause the government's Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is unwilling to examine the allegations regarding the harmfulness of aspartame.

It may be that here is political corruption afoot. Aspartame is made by big drug companies, who make abundantly of profit from selling the chemical. Whenever "big money" is involved, there's the possibility that some of it is being used to bribe politicians to "look the other channel."

There's an alternative sweetener called Splenda, used by Royal Crown's Diet Rite and some of the off-brands (like Rocky Top diet cola and Clover Valley diet cola). There's no certain harm from Splenda that I know of, but that doesn't penny-pinching it's safe, any. It might not rot your brain, as aspartame is said to do, but it might do something else, like turn you into a mutant.

The best low-calorie sweetener, from a robustness standpoint, is probably stevia. Stevia is a plant (you can grow it in your garden) used within Japan and other countries as a sweetener. It's much sweeter than sugar, as aspartame and splenda are, but unlike those chemicals stevia is a natural product. It won't hurt you.

Oddly, stevia is barred in the United States as a sweetener. The FDA, an agency supposed to concern itself beside public health, have outlawed the use of the safest low-calorie sweetener in the world! The circumstantial evidence that out of place influences have be involved in the making of relevant law is made stronger by this fact.

Why would stevia be illegitimate for use in the USA as a sweetener? The answer is simple: anybody can grow stevia. It single takes seed, dirt, water and sunshine. It may be that the capitalist drug companies bribed the lawmaker to make the product off the record simply because they can't control the means of production.

I'd take heed about any drink sweetened by artificial chemicals, and Diet Coke is one of them.

Soda is of late nasty stuff - the ingredients tabled on the side of the bottle are revealing. Think about it. So much sugar or corn syrup a bit which is a highly processed derivative - so it's not even pur sugar. Diet coke or pepsi contains an artificial sweetner call aspartame which is a mix of various chemicals. So the truth is yes, it is sugar free but contains chemicals which are much more risky than ordinary sugar.

To answer your quiz : Yes, diet coke is bad for you. For that issue any kind of coke or pepsi is unpromising for you. Stick to water or tea.

yes it rots your insides

YES BECUASE IT HAS LOTS OF CAMICALS
