The 'bright side' of diet coke?

Kind of a 2ish/3ish part cross-question.

Would diet drinks/beverages ruin my teeth?
Or do anything to 'de-whiten' them??

Is it okay to replace sweetened caffiene full ones with the diet non-caffienated version of the beverage?

Answer:
As I understand it, the acids contained by soft drinks have profusely to do with how they pull your teeth. I suspect sugar-free is better, but soft drinks in common are just really fruitless for you. There is research now to be precise saying artificial sweeteners grounds a similar insulin response as sugar drinks. On top of that they are just made out of alarming chemicals that are bad for you. Sugar is at most minuscule, natural and won't confer you cancer. I'd rather enjoy a nice, natural iced tea beside a spoonful of real sugar within it and take my probability with that, gratefulness.
Yes diet colas stain your teeth indistinguishable as regular. You would want to switch to a clear soda, they are usually caffiene free.
throw within some mentos & u have ur self a show lol :)
