Apple Cider is a homogenous drink--meaning it must be in the fridge minus being open. Its consistency is thicker--almost cloudy looking and has a slightly different fondness.

Apple juice is clear, mosre crisp and can be stored on a shelf but for opened. Also final longer on a shelf. But Apple juice also must be refridgerated after first night.
apple liquid tastes soo much better..haha
apple cder tastes exactly matching as apple juice but it is fizzy
Apple cider has gone through a fermentation process, giving it its sharp flavor. Apple liquid hasn't been fermented.

In some cases, there's also a difference surrounded by the filtering process.
