I have see a lot of race asking for frozen coffee recipes and I own an easy one. I own a smoothie maker that I use to be paid the frozen coffee b/c it makes it more slush-like. Just put room temp. coffee into blender/smoothie inventor add reg. cream (until its the color you like) and some hazelnut (enough that you can really smell the hazelnut) next add rime to the top of the coffee line, subsequent pour chocolate syrup on the ice and blend until you don't hear the rime crackling when the blender is on. Pour into cup, top with whip cream and chocolate sauce. A spalsh of bailys is good within it as well. Then soak up!

I avoid cream, because it is very fattening, but that sounds yummy

I would use french vanilla solid free creamer instead.Works both for cream and the flavoring
Could also add a dollop of rime cream(fat free vanilla) for thickness.
I bet flavored coffees would sort it good too..
