i dont drink coffee cos i feel my mouth stinks... n i antipathy the bitter taste. but one entity i can tell u is to drop off ur intake of coffee to a max of twice a day... one within the morning n one in the evening. i've see many getting addicted. its doomed to failure.. try to reduce ur intake. too much of anything is impossible for u... i believe in tht. it go for tea takers also.
max 2 but i drink turkish/Greek coffee which is stronger than the typical and i always own it in a mug so it's a bigger amount.

the most iv drink is 14cups contained by a day.make happen i gave up smoking.
