Looking for a non-alcoholic drink that be made near ginger liquid and grenadine?

I was served a layered non-alcoholic drink at a church military camp a few years ago and cannot find the recipe. I know it had red juice and grenadine, and some ofther ingredient. It be served in a elevated, thin shaped wine chalice and had three distinct layer. You drank it without stirring it, and the three layer eventually mixed together by the end of the chalice. I would love to make this for an Easter Brunch. Somebody out in attendance has to know the third ingredient and can lend a hand me Please!
