Answers:
I drink non-dairy smoothies almost everyday, I add protein powder to mine but I don't recommend this if you don't involve it.

I buy the flash frozen fruit at the grocery store. It is in the frozen food department and consequently you do not need to make the addition of ice which waters the smoothie down. My favorite it peach raspberry. You put in a handful of peaches and a small handful of raspberries to the blender, cover in a fruit liquid, I use apple for its mild flavor that does not over power the fruits. Then all you do is blend and soak up. This has purely the natural sugars of the fruit and the little bit of sugar from the apple liquid. You can use any type of fruit to make these. Peach Mango, Blackberry Raspberry Blueberry Strawberry, Strawberry banana (use fresh banana), Strawberry, etc...

Good luck hope you love these as much as I do!

Banana is a must in a smoothie, milk and plain vanilla icecream (this is simple and honourable to get rid of the softening banans surrounded by the house).

On a posher note, try strawberry yoghurt, banana and pineapple liquid for a 3 of the day confident to do.
Frozen fruits can be easily found at most supermarkets and I find are the best because they hold the drink chilled (very refreshing in the summer!). My fav is usually frozen mangoes and pineapple near just beneath half a fresh banana and some ginger juice. Add some honey if you approaching it sweeter (not really needed if you use a really ripe banana). Frozen berries also work really well.

Hi there,

Smoothies are great - it doesn't really issue what you put in, they usually partiality excellent. I often put contained by to a blender the following;
2 squeezed oranges
2 apples
half a melon
2/3 bananas
10 frozen strawberries

Spin until smooth. There is enought to serve 4-6 population. Bananas are good to supply it body, and the frozen strawberries chill it nicely and can prominently be kept for a while in the freezer. If possible start next to 'wet' ingredients then join the 'drier' ones to help near the blending (i.e. put in red juice beforehand apples).

Have fun blending.

Regards

Richard
I like whiz up 1/2 a banana with 1 mango. Then incorporate in pineapple liquid till preffered consistency is reached. At this stage you can consequently add contained by yoghurt, ice-cream or sorbet. I normally add on in vanilla ice-cream but enjoy also tried it with mango sorbet and both work really capably.

If you don't really like mango after you can replace it with strawberries but if you do this after change the pineapple liquid for apple juice.

Hope this help
seen most of your replies, but best proposal is if you use ban anas spawn sure you freeze them yellow or on the turn,
depending on how much you want , but for one serving.
1 bananna
a nice portion of strawberries
plain yogurt , preferably frozen.
a couple of rime cubes
and some orange liquid
yummie
try fresh strawberries as many as you regard as you need per smoothie fresh cream for the top and enhance wiht strawberries cut in sliuces but blend the strawberries beside some vanilla ice cream.
This is my predilection

2 Large Bananas
2 Large Scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream

Whiz together until you make a tacky paste. Then supply milk (I find that semi-skimmed tastes yummy) 100ml at a time and whizz. Repeat the milk calculation until you achieve the consistency you want - I similar to mine thick so use little milk, my mum like them more runny so will use more.

If you're feeling really indulgent, you can append a splash of Drambuie or Amaretto for a delicious fully developed alcoholic smoothie :)
both of these are dairy free...

for the boys:
