I know that it shuts down constituent of your immune system for about 8 hours. Also, if you drink it alot for possibly 6 years then you'll hold serious stomach problems.
In the olden days coca cola syrup used to be given to settle an upset stomach. I think if you drink it constantly the tart would probably be too much, but I don't think it would "get through up" your insides. The main item it is harmful to is your teeth. It will rot your teeth. The sugar within coke is probably the biggest part of it mortal harmful.
