entertainer Pete Conklin was making lemonade sooner or later in 1857, when he run out of water. Searching around the lot, he grab a tub in which the equestrienne, Fannie Jamieson, have just wash her tights. Red dye colored the water. He used the wet anyway, and pink lemonade was created. Conklin call it strawberry lemonade and sold it successfully for many years.
