5 ounces of rime preferebly ,chipped ice,two ounces of milk,,an ounce of strawberry flavored syrup, or strawberry rime cream topping. Five or six fresh or frozen strawberries,,, Put all within a blender and mix,,, add whip cream and a strawberry on top,,, So delicious and refreshing,,, also you may incorporate a banana to this when blending for a strawberry / banana fruit smoothie,,
