I believe so, =/ that's alot of unlikeable fat. You know how it say on the back of the box resembling for example... 120 cal perserving, 15 fal cal. Well think of it as piece... A big back of lubricant, a big bag of sugar, a big pack of salt (sodium). When you really see it, you won't want to chomp through it. It is VERY unhealthy and can lower you lifespan. Think roughly speaking what you are eating, I recommend looking at the nutrition label of everything you eat. That is what I do.
not a good robustness idear , if your lookin for something healthyer on the milk idera look for soy milk , i think within is a brand called SILK
I don't think you would if it be just sometime and all the other days you put away health...but I don't expect it is a good belief.

Well if you ask me (Nigerian manly 23yrs), I don't really know what all the fuss is more or less gaining weightiness and the fears and horrors that follow it. I gotta admit things are impressively different from where we both come from, but my philosophy is not to spoil myself no matter what. Therefore I don't see any sense within imitating unrealistic models you see on t.v or even movie stars. In certainty a skinny girl isn't as attractive as one with some body, you know plumpy. So lately try not to harm your body but at like peas in a pod time enjoy it and your duration. I once read that :"We exercise so that we can die healthy". Go figure.
